Hello pengyou.

Did you change the default language by using a 3rd party language pack? If so, was it from the Google Play Store, or was it from another source?

We've seen this issue before, and it most often is remedied by language packs from the Play Store, researched a bit sometimes, as in thoroughly reading user reviews of the app, and also even contacting the developer explaining the issue.

You purchased the device in China (as you well know, Hong Kong is no longer under British rule ;)), so there's no mystery as to the device's default OS language.

Some users like to root their devices and take complete control of all these things by flashing a ROM in the language of their choice, etc.

Where do you live?
What carrier you using?

Below is my topic link where you can check what firmware you have installed on your phone...

You might find that your firmware is from the country you bought the phone. And that is the reason why you are having that problem.

If you don't live there anymore ?
Than just install a fresh copy of KIES on your pc and update your phone using kies.
If that don't work ?!
Than I suggest you to flash a English firmware using Odin.
I wrote a topic on the subject as well.
Best of luck to you
