Help All calls "Unknown"?

For the past couple days, 90% of the calls I've received say "Unknown", even though calls will be from people on my contact list with the correct information. Tried to do a hard reset, but the problem is still there.

How do I fix this issue?

go to menu -> settings -> call settings -> all calls or voice calls

you can go through the options in those menus and make sure caller id is enabled anywhere you see it.

turn your phone off and on, if this doesnt work or youd rather just call customer care and tell em your caller id isnt working
