Hi there. I had the same thing happen a few months back on a rooted Incredible (using the stock ROM). Unfortunately, the only way I was able to get it to fix itself was by doing a factory reset. I still had root after the reset, but it was a pain regardless. Hopefully someone else has a better solution.

put Virtuous 3.1 on and see what happens
