Hi all, I saw a lot of info on home speaker systems for the droid, but I'm trying to find something portable. I'm trying to find a portable speaker system that can accomplish a lot of stuff at once. Here are the things I want:
1) Good sound from a portable system
2) Rechargeable internal battery that can be plugged in at home (or on the road) to charge
3) Alarm clock functionality (although I guess the alarm function on droid will work for this)
4) Docking cable to charge droid while plugged into AC outlet
5) Backup capacity with regular batteries to be used once rechargeable internal battery runs out
Basically, I want to be able to use the portable system at home as an alarm clock with decent sound that charges the droid while plugged in. Then, be able to remove the speakers and take them to the park for tunes during volleyball. Idealy it would run on internal batteries first, then switch to backup disposable battery power once internal charge runs out.
Anything out there that meets some (or all) of these requests? Thanks!
