I'm so tired and fed up of Apple and their patents I thought we should all do something. Apple is well known for its so called 'Customer Services' and 'Apple Care' or you could call it warranty. Go to the Apple website and click on one of the products, click buy now and then click Ask Now. Annoy a representative. I'm never gonna buy an Apple product so I don't care if they ban my IP address. PS: Sorry not feeling very literate atm.

Now chatting with Andrew
Hi, thank you for contacting Apple. My name is Andrew, how can I help you today?
Hello I'm looking to buy a new phone
Great - I'll be happy to help!
Do you have any particular iPhone in mind at the moment?
Galaxy Nexus
I was told that was an iPhone
That's not an iPhone! he most current iPhone is the 4S.
The Galaxy Nexus is made by Google.
Are you sure? :O
It looked really good and I thought it was made by Apple
Yes, I'm sure. Is there anything else that I can help you with today?
Do you know much about this Galaxy Nexus, and where I can buy one
I don't know much about it - I would suggest you contact Google for information.
Is there anything I can help you with in regard to shopping on the Apple Online Store?
Do you know if the Galaxy Nexus was made by Apple or Samsung or Google?
I don't know much about it - I would suggest you contact Google for information.
I want Nexus
Our chat service is here to help you with the Apple Online Store. Please use this feature appropriately as we are offering this chat service to assist our customers.
So how does this so called iPhone 4S compare with Nexus
It really depends on how you will use the iPhone! I would be happy to talk you through some of the features, if you like.
What about the apps
There's loads of apps on the iPhone from the box, and hundreds of thousands of apps on the App Store, a lot of which are free.
All the apps you download are tested by Apple before presenting them on the App Store, so you can be sure you get a really great user experience with every app.
Is there any app in particular which you are interested in?
Every app, even the ones that are over 18
How do you get the time to text the thousands of apps
Yes, every app on the App Store has been tested by Apple prior to being released on the App Store.
Theres a big team involved in the App Store at Apple. They test each app as it is submitted to the App Store.
This means that there's no malicious content in the app, and that the app will provide a great user experience.
Hmm, what about the apps for Google say.
I'm not aware of their process.
I mean does the Apple team do anything with the Google apps. Google maps say
Apple made the app using Google's information. In iOS6, which is due this Autumn, Apple have used their own mapping information for the Maps app.
What phone do you use at the moment?
I use Galaxy S3
But I wanted Jelly Bean so..
I see, so Apple took the map information from Google and put it in their own app?
I'm not privy to the exact process of the Maps app history. Though I can confirm that the Maps app in iOS6 has been made using Apple's own map information.
Is there anything that I can help you with regarding shopping on the Apple Online Store?
Why did you want to know which phone I'm currently using. Just wondering, a bit personal isn't it?
I was just curious as to what phone you would be upgrading from. You don't have to answer my questions if you feel them to be too personal.
I'm not sure if its an upgrade though, I just want Siri as well
Siri is a really cool feature to have - and it will get even better with iOS6, too.
How will it become greater?
I will be happy to show you.
Ok
Thank you for accepting - can you see my screen ok?
Yes
Cool. This is the information page about Siri in iOS6
So on iPad and availlable in more countries
So firstly, Siri will be able to get the information about sports. For example, you can ask Siri to see Man Utds or Liverpools upcoming fixtures or past results, as well as individual player stats.
Hmm, I thought it could do that before anyway
Not yet - but with iOS6, Siri will know all about baseball, basketball, american football, football and hockey.
10.13 AM
Your American?
Siri will also be able to tell you all about cinema times and movies showing at the moment.
OK
You can also ask Siri to show you a trailer for a movie - which is pretty cool.
I'm Irish!
But does the navigation work when I'm in UK
Why is it 10:15AM
Siri will be able to find you restaurants based on cuisine, location and other factors. It will also show you ratings and price range, too.
Navigation works in the UK, yes.
Oh what about businesses
I heard there was some problem with that
I'm sure twitter and facebook already had Siri support
You can update your status on Facebook and Twitter using Siri in iOS6, this wasn't previously supported.
In iOS5 you can send texts and e-mails, but not update your status on Facebook or Twitter.
Siri can no launch apps for you too, which is really handy in some situations.
It's going to be a really great upgrade for Siri and make a really great feature even better.
Woo I just found I'm gonna get Android Jelly Bean as an OTA soon
That's cool. Is there anything else I can help you with?
Google Now will rape Siri
This is a final warning to stop this type of response. If this conversation is not kept on a professional level, this chat will end.
Siri can make jokes
But I don't get tem
How do you hear Siris jokes?
Will Apple be taking Samsung Galaxy S3 to court anytime soon?
I don't know. We're not told a whole lot about pending legal cases, for obvious reasons.
How do you feel about Steve Jobs
It's not appropriate to be talking about things like that. I'm here to help with shopping on the Apple Online Store - if your questions continue to be unrelated to the Online Store I will be forced to end this chat.
Steve Jobs was the CEO though

The time on the screen you see is wrong.
