Help All widgets gome

Has anyone had a problem with their widgets disappearing? Every few weeks every one of my widgets all of sudden say "problem loading widget " I've switched launchers but it happened again tonight. Can't figure it out. Maybe time for new phone.

I'd double check that the app that the widget is associated with hasn't spontaneously moved to the sd card.
 
All still on the phone. It seemed to happen every week when using go launcher since I switched back to LP. Didn't happen for 3 weeks. Now I'm trying to remember if this has just started since rooting.

Rooting in itself won't change the way widgets work.
However if you've been using titanium to restore apps that can be the problem. Or the apps/widgets could be getting confused from switching launchers. Clearing the data for those apps may help. And of course the problem could just lie with the app itself (recent update may have introduced bugs or incompatibility with your chosen launcher).
