Help Allshare Cast Dongle

I've seen some youtube videos of this working pretty well however I can't replicate the results at all.

Firstly there is extreme lag and jittering constantly and it only seems to support 720p with my Galaxy S4.

Anyone had any luck with this?
 
Interesting, I haven't tried my Allshare Cast yet on account of being so inferior to wired solutions. Will have a crack tomorrow evening and see how it is here.
