Almost lost the DX

Bounced out of a golf cart. Traced my path back and found it about a foot from falling off a bridge into swamp water. Whew! Back in my hands where it belongs. Had no idea what I'd do if I didn't find it. Thoughts of new phones scare me right now along with data plan changes.

Yeah, the DX is a great phone but don't be afraid to upgrade. If you buy a used phone from Craigslist, eBay, or Android Forums classifieds, or purchase a new phone at full price from Verizon (talk about sticker shock), you can keep your current plan and data structure.

and, interestingly enough, if you have insurance on your current phone and bring a new phone to replace your current phone (say you bought it on CL), you can get insurance on the new phone from VZW.
