Has anyone tried syncing Facebook? It won't let me add just the Facebook account, only Facebook for HTC Sense and I login. Then I sync all and it syncs for like 10 seconds and then stops. Now none of contacts are synced. I've tried syncing just Facebook for HTC by itself as well.

I had this issue on v6, I could only do Facebook for HTC Sense and my contacts weren't syncing. I left it overnight, and in the morning most of the contacts had synced, it took almost a whole day for all of them to sync though.

I think it's just a super slow process.

+1 same issue running v6. Can anyone confirm it works with v7. I don't want to do a wipe again, but those facebook photos for my contacts is very important to me.

I am not having the facebook sync issues with either 6 or 7,currently running v7

Interestingly enough, some of my facebook photos started to appear!

Well I gave it another try with v7 yesterday. It has potential, but has just enough bugs to make me go right back to Ivan's "Eris_Official 0.8T2" which has yet to fail me.

I tried v7 quickly yesterday and nav didnt work for me. I didnt want to deal with pushing new files to the phone so I went back to version 6 which I have not had any issues with. I have most versions of this rom saved and of you would like to try one since they aren't on grdlocks site pm me and we can figure something out.

Yes the APN backup/restore is what is required. Why the "dev" for that rom doesn't update the first post with important details like that is a mystery.

I'm running V6 with navigation and live wallpaper with no problems. Used navigation to get me around DC and I'm running the Nexus live wallpaper.

I'm loving Aloysius V7 so far... Fixed all my issues I had with the other ROMs and with 2.1 in general. (Gmail now works w/ pics, no more 50% w/o Signal issue, etc). And my battery is lasting a LOT longer than it had been. Yesterday I unplugged my cell at 5:30am and with moderate use, it lasted until I went to bed at 11:30pm (with 15% left).

Anyway, question... I did the APN backup on another rom and restored them on this rom in order to send/receive MMS.... And it works... Except when I'm connected through WiFi then it doesn't work. I used to be able to send/receive and it would just drop from WiFi to 3G until the message was sent or received, and then connect back to WiFi. Now I just get an error message saying "Unable to download message".

I just noticed running version 6 that I am not receiving voicemail notifications. I see other people on xda have complained about it as well. That kinda sucks....
