Root Alpharev S-OFF failed, phone wont boot. Please help!!!

What did it say on the bootloader? S-On or S-Off?

The ROM does sometimes get corrupted when using Alpharev. Just restore the nandroid, if you took one before starting. Otherwise yeah, try flashing the ROM again.
 
OK, so didn't actually do any harm, which is good. TBH I used a VM when I did it, but if it's failed once I can see why you'd want to try something else.

As I said, the other option is revolutionary. You don't need to let it change your recovery, or do any of the rooting stuff afterwards, you can just use it to achieve S-Off (read their documentation first, of course).
