Alright...time for another hard reset!

My phone has completely lost it! The internet lag is seriously enough to make one want to pull his/her hair out!! My text messaging app literally takes 5 seconds to open. Sometimes i hit the home key and it takes 3 to 4 seconds to actually go home and to add to that my home screen doesnt line up. Hard to explain, but my clock and apps will be halfway on the next screen. So yea i think its time for a hard reset
 
Does your phone go faster after you do a hard reset? If yes, Then the problem lies with the apps you install, do not install apps that you don't intend to use. The less memory you system uses for apps, the faster it should be. Also be careful of apps that can slow your phones performance.

Maybe if you give us a list of your installed apps, the community might be able to point out the app that slows your system up.

EDIT: Also please tell us if your phone is rooted.
