Alternative to HTC Sync

Is there anything like HTC sync for the droid? I have several legal non-market apps that I figured I could sync to my Droid. I used to be able to just sync apps with the HTC sync software.

Now I have backed up my apk files and no longer have my G1. Any suggestions?

Just drag and drop them on your SD card. Get a file manager app like Astro File Manager. Explore to the location of the files and tap them to start the install. Make sure that you put a check in Settings/Applications/Unknown Sources.
