The apps keep optimizing after reboot like optimizkng apps 0 of 109 every rwboot. Wastes a lot of time. How to fix on jellybean 4.1.1

Sounds like your dalvik cache is somehow being cleared prior to a reboot- check out the link below:

In this case it looks like it had to do with Titanium backup- this may not be the issue for you if you're not rooted/on a custom ROM...

Yeah the only time i get that is after clearing the dalvik/flashin a rom :thumbup:

Right- like I said on another thread, at least now you know the phone is doing something useful...it used to be it would just sit there & play your splashscreen for eternity.

What could be causing this though. I know with the rom i flashed yesteray, i fogot to clear partition and dalvik but i still got the "apps updating" because aparently the guys rom clears them automaticy when flashed. So what could cause this to happen in reboot?

Some custom kernels enable clearing of dalvik caches within their settings apps. I doubt this would be the case here though.
