Can anyone find a way to have a different notification sound for emails and texts. I obviously want to be notified when i recieve a text but couldnt care less about being told i have an email and am fed up of going to check on a text only to find just another spam email

Notifications are controlled within the messaging and email applications

I can find the notification options in message settings but i cant find any options to turn off notifications in mail settings.

EDIT Looks like i was doing it a bit wrong as i was using the gmail app which didnt give me any notification options, just swapped to the built in email app and that does give me options.

OK OK yes i was being an idiot, all sorted on the gmail app now.

Now if only I could get web pages to automatically resize to screen as its supposed to and get the missing codecs that I assume are preventing a lot of video streaming from working then I have an almost perfect device lol.
