Root Am I bricked

Ok I rooted my Droid. Installed Rom Master and tried out cyanogen's 6.1. wasn't my cup of tea, and apparently my old rom wasn't backed up so I had it restore to a stock rom of 2.2. it did a system update and now all I see is the eye. no other controls available

I'm not as knowledgeable with this stuff since I don't actually own a droid but I know liquid had a problem before I think if you cannot get into recovery you could possibly try RSDlite I think there are some other things you can try too but hopefully some other skilled users on here will post n help ya out cas again I'm not as knowledgeable about it. I hope you get it working again

Might be a dumb question but did you try a battery pull? Then try booting into recovery?

Thanks all. I was able to recover my phone using RSDlite.
