Am I the only one confused about the bluetooth spec used?

Why does the older SG2 have Bluetooth 3.0 High Speed and the older iPhone 4S have Bluetooth 4.0 ,but our Galaxy Nexus only has Bluetooth 3.0?

Maybe Samsung limiting the bluetooth to only operate on 3.0 or maybe ICS?

Samsung SWB-B42 BT 4.0 Dual Band Wlan FM Tx/Rx. Chipworks says the module is actually manufactured by Murata, and houses a Broadcom BCM4330 die inside.

It does, but why doesn't samsung or carriers say its 4.0?
