Ok so after rooting my phone and Installing fresh1.1 I got rid of the crap stock stuff, but I didnt notice it got rid of amazon mp3... I like that app! How do I get it back?

IF you used pre-kitchen you can re-install it.
Otherwise... see if it is on the market somewhere.

even if you didn't use pre-kitchen, you can still get it back with the pre-kitchen. Go to geekfor.me and download the kitchen, and use it to push it back on.

Awesome. I was missing the Amazon MP3 application as well. Despite many replies about re-installing using the pre-kitchen, the Amazon MP3 app is not included as an option for re-install.
I just downloaded the zip and extracted the amazon .apk file, moved it to my SD card, browsed to it with my file manager, and installed it in a few seconds.
Working perfectly!

OK just got home follweD John_Droid's instruction and viola! I have Amazon mp3 again! You guys are great. 24 hours tech support! LOL! Thanks everyone, OOHH and another shout Out to Tatonka_Hero as well. Thanks for finding the info! YOu guys are awesome!

Ok so I was premature on my excitement on getting It back. After installing It and I try to run it, it just force closes on me every time now, even after a hard reboot. Anyone having this problem besides me?
Yep, I had this problem as well. Couldn't get it to work.
I did get Amazon MP3 v1.1 (I think it's an older version) working and it seems to be just fine. Tried it out, listened to a few tracks, seems to work fine.

Hmm, working for me so far. Even went through the entire process, purchased, downloaded song, etc. Also, it survived a reboot as well.

I had the same problem when I flashed Fresh. The kitchen didn't work for me to put it back on. What did work was running the command prompt and installing it that way. I did root my phone manually though. Don't know if you did, but if you did, here you go. Worked for me (more than once).

edit: you might have to remove the file you pushed on before trying this. I had to when I tried push.

I got it working that same version working, just couldn't get Flipz from Geekfor.me to work that was posted above. I used Kitchen to push the file to my phone and then opened the APK file. Worked just fine. Just not the one from Flipz website.

Ok disregard my last post I found out what my problem was, I didnt install it in the sdroot directory. I tried installing from a folder I created "download" all better and I downloaded the dave matthew@ album I wanted. So as well!
