I got a similar message but it asked me to put in my ID and Password for my amazon account. After that all of my Amazon applications worked.

Make sure you are logged into the amazon app store application. If you are not, log in and you will be fine. It also keeps a record of everything you have ever downloaded and will let you download again. Same as the Market.

I'm having this issue now with several apps. Did you get a solution to your problem?

the op stated that he had to call amazon and he apparently had two accounts registered, and you need to verify your own.

call amazon and find out more to be safe, they are easy to talk to and willing to help out
