Amazon gift card from ZTE

A few weeks ago I filled out some sort of survey for ZTE, and was shocked (shocked, I tell you) to find a $5 Amazon gift card from them in my inbox this morning as a thank-you. I checked it out and it's legit. Anyone else hear from them?
