Amazon great customer service

So lately I've been noticing my phone has the crooked screen, bad speaker volume, and it's been overheating. I ordered mine from Amazon, so called them up and asked for a replacement. The rep said ok it's gonna be here on Monday. Now that's customer service!

Amazon customer service has been great as long as I remember - I've spent way too much money with them (primarily because of good prices and because of their excellent customer service)

I have to say that Amazon customer service has always been the best customer service that I have ever dealt with. They are very responsive, cooperative, understanding, and I have had virtually zero waiting time when speaking with them on the phone, especially when I use the "call me" feature on their website. :)

I only wish that Comcast had that kind of customer service. But that is for another thread, and probably on another forum. :D

Don't forget Sprint. Sometimes they're helpful, but usually its like running into a brick wall. I think it has something to do with their lack of training. It's a shame that I, a casual consumer, can know more about the Android platform as a whole when compared to a Sprint employee, who's primary lineup consist of Android devices.

When I called Sprint to get my upgrade back, before pulling the trigger on the Sprint HTC EVO 3D, they were extremely cooperative and I was even able to get the upgrade for my wife's line back early. I had no issues with them at all and was thoroughly pleased.

In fact, one of the customer service representatives called me back personally to tell me how to check if my upgrade had been confirmed via text message. Something I already knew, but it was above and beyond what I was expecting from their customer service.
