Amazon MP3 App

I downloaded the amazon mp3 app from the play store and the app icon isn't showing up in my app drawer but it's saying It's installed any fix for this??

I quit using Amazon apps because you have to have the Amazon app store installed to continue to use them. If you uninstall the app store, those apps cease to work. Personally, I done want anything like that on my device.

Actually it occurs even with the Amazon app store installed, I haven't found a fix for it except for bringing it up in the play Store and launching it from there. I like the Amazon store for the free app every day.

Try a different home app, download Launcher Pro or Go Launcher and see if the app shows in THAT apps home drawer.

if it does, it means you have to reset yours.

I dont know what your using but you should be able to force restart it and it will count the apps installed and re-draw the drawer.

aftwards you can delete whatever home app you installed to test.

I get this same bug very often. I switch between launchers alot. force restarting a launcher or refreshing its app drawer (if thats available) usually fixes it.

That won't fix it, it's a very strange and easily reproducible bug. I've had it since day one with this phone and running midnight rom.
