Amazon MP3-transferring music

jongaines

Lurker
I just upgraded from Original Droid to DX. How do I get the music I purchased on the original Droid to download to DX. I signed in but there is no mechanism to get me purchased music from stored on Amazon into the new phone. Amazon site is no help. Thanks for your help in advance.

I don't think you can. You would have to transfer the mp3s from the droid 1 amazon folder to your dx sd card.

And you can't redownload music from amazon. If you lose it then your screwed.

The good thing about Amazon music is all of its music is DRM free so it can be transfered to any computer or device. It really sucks you can't redownload stuff. Hopefully Google Music will let us do that.

If you saved it to you SD card then just pop your old SD card into your new phone and you are all set, I recently did that when I got the X after having the EVO.

Now my question is how can you transfer your Amazon purchases from the "cloud" to your PC so i can sync with Itunes?
