Amazon Pre-Orders

Does Amazon usually do pre-orders for phones? If not, how soon after a phones release does Amazon usually have them in stock? I'd really like to get a note 3 through them.

I've been checking amazon for the past few days and I haven't seen a listing for the Note 3 yet. I'm not-so-patiently waiting. :p
