Hi folks,
I wasn't really sure where to post this, so it'll have to be here unless it gets moved.
I'm struggling to decide between buying a sim free Sensation or a Galaxy S 2, I'm a HTC Sense fan so I 'think' I'm going to try a Sensation and hope that I get a good one.
My question is:-
If I buy from Amazon and say the Sensation suffers from issues such as dust under screen, signal drop or whatever, are Amazon OK to deal with as far as returns go? Will they only swap for the same model, or would they exchange for an alternative if need be (price difference to be paid). Or will they give a full refund if need be?
