Root AmonRa vs Clockwork

Ok I used Cockwork with UnrEVOked 3.2 and made a nandroid backup. I had to switch to AmonRA to install the new lockscreen for Fresh 3.2

My question is, will I break anything If I switch back to Clockwork? Since that's the format of my backup I currently have, I want to go back.

No you are ok to go back and forth, but one nand backup will not work with the other
 
I had a problem with a backup once, and lost everything. No biggie, i just re rooted and started over, but just to be safe I made a NAND backup on clockwork and then made a NAND backup of Amon, and put them both on my SD card.

I figured its better to be safe than sorry.
But you can switch back and forth as much as you want and itll be ok :)
