Anyone have this : Amzer Rubberized Black Snap On Case?

From what i've been reading on here a Rubber and Platic combo case is the best style of protection so I am looking at this... I hear the Otterbox Commuter and the Seidio cases seem to have problems with either not closing correctly or ratteling around in the case.
Thoughts on this case?
