An "all things theme" section

Would it be possible to add and "all things theme" section? Much like the "all things root" section it could cover every aspect of themes. Tutorials on flashing themes, creating themes, posting themes, Adding update zips. Required programs for creating themes, etc.

I myself am trying to learn how to make my own themes but with the tutorials and info being so scattered all over the internet it's making things even harder. We need one place to come to for any and all info we can get on theming.

Walkthroughs and tutorials that are dumbed down as much as possible would be greatly appreciated.

yes and no. there is some info but I still find myself going elsewhere to find info....

IMO, I doubt an All Things Theme subforum within the device forums would be very active (just based on the posts in the Themes forum)
