Help an easy task managing app for legend

hi, got great help last time so here goes. on my last sony there was a simple tasks programme, to do list and phone calls to make. i can't work without something similar on my legend. Any ideas please.
also. a long shot, the legend camera button is in a terrible place if you want to take picture of yourself. can the phone be changed in any way to make the shutter button the volume control?

I think you may be out of luck on the shutter button thing...However, if someone has any way to do this, I would be greatly interested, as well.
