I think Palin was a good example of a complete unknown too, until five seconds after she walked onto the stage.
 
I have a feeling he'll go with Portman, hoping to swing Ohio. It just might work, too. If he gets Ohio its game over. BTW, I live in Ohio and I'm sick of the political ads already. Might just leave the TV off until November lol.

Of course, with a Romney-Portman ticket the problem might be getting enough people to the polls without falling asleep lol. (unless he really did pick Natalie Portman. She's definitely smarter than Palin will ever be)

I really couldn't care less how smart Natalie Portman is. If she is talking to me I'm listening with both eyes.

I can only see the whole package. If she was a total idiot like, say, Jessica Simpson, I wouldn't find her attractive at all.

Obviously he's floating this out there to see if the teabaggers' heads explode or not. Coming from the other side, I have to say this would probably be a smart choice. If Romney could steal any of the black vote Obama would be in real trouble. Her slightly more moderate positions on some domestic issues could help with independents. On the negative side, being tied to Bush is still an albatross. Would Romney take the chance of being outshined by his VP pick the way McCain was? Could be risky and Romney is no risk taker. Well see if the Koch bros give their seal of approval or not lol.
 
WTF is the hate for the Koch brother's all of a sudden? They are local yokels so I'm familiar with them and none of them have received any coverage at all ever until recently.
 
I haven't seen a pic of Condi in years. Has she fixed her buck teeth yet? I found her to be an intelligent woman, but those teeth annoyed me.
