Help Android 2.1 att

[marinetuner]

Having some issues after upgrading to 2.2. I can no longer send MMS messages and the tilt function seems to be off. I have tried messing with the setting to no avail. I would rather put 2.1 back on it.

Does anyone know where I can find 2.1 for the captivate?

you have 2.2?

[marinetuner]

yeah its on the phone, everything works great except the MMS messaging and the screen tilt.

[STOCK ROM] Odin3 One-Click Downloader and Drivers - xda-developers

That should help you get back to stock 2.1. Download the Odin one click, and follow the directions exactly. The most important part is having Odin running when you put the phone into download mode, else you'll get stuck in file analysis and it won't flash. Hope this helps.

I will give it a try and let you know.

How did you get 2.2?

[NorCal Einstein]

You're running 2.2 for another SGS phone right? It isn't a Captivate specific build is it? I didn't think anything like that is out yet...

[marinetuner]

It was for the i9000, it wasnt bad but you could tell it wasnt for the phone.

I have put it back on 2.1 and plan on rooting it now.
