Android 2.1 is out in India

Hi all,
My phone (GT - I5700) Galaxy spica does not seem to be detected by Kies.Its been updated to 2.1. My phone name does show up in the top right hand corner of KIES, but i cannot access my phone book , nor my messages or anything else. I can just see data inside my SD Card. can you tell me where i am going wrong and assist me.

@urban legend , connect phone in USB debug mode.

enable usb debugging by going to

settings > applications > development > usb debugging

Running 2.1 update on my SPICA. Found Divx video/audio quality has gone down compared to 1.5.

anyone has this issue... solutions?

has anyone of you got live wallpapers? i had a problem with my usb and gave it to samsung sevrice. they returned the phone with android 2.1.. but it doesn't live wallpapers. i also tried installing flash 10.1 but it didnt work
