Android 2.1 Tablet

I am looking for a Android Tablet. Here are the things I want in it.

- Android 2.1 or the ability to put 2.1 on it
- capacitive touch screen
- 3.5' to 5" screen
- 256 mb+ RAM
- Microphone

Thats the minimum requirements. Please post anything close the the requirement. Thank Yoy

The ramos W7 seems very close to what you are after Ramos W7 Capacitive touchscreen Android Market tablet 8GB built in
I don't know if it has a microphone though, you will have to do your own research there.
