Android 2.2 -- 3.0

hi all new here. i am wanting to install a android 2.2 or maybe the new 3.0 os on my Wibrain B1 (UMPC) is this posible.

it has a 60GB hardrive 1.0 ghz cpu and 1 gb memory.

right now it running windows xp tablet edition.
it touch screen like say a pda. it is a windows device.

any help would be great cause i love the android os and would love to have it has my (UMPC) os.

Froyo has been ported to PCs, but you are going to need a LINUX OS to build your own image. You can find instructions on the internet.

No one has managed to port honeycomb to PCs yet.

if u would can u help me out with a few links to start off. aall i found was the android 2.2 thang that u run on a computer with the android sdk.
