android 2.2 help

Hi, I recently got a Android MID Tablet. It has Android 2.2 loaded on it. I tried to do a Factory Reset on it and after I touched the factory reset option it took me to the Factory Reset loading screen . The Android tablet has been stuck on this screen, I left it overnight on this screen and it hasn't changed!
What can I do to fix it?

I am not sure what screen you are on but look at this cheezy video and see if it is what you see. Then it shows you how to navigate and what to do.

Otherwise, Pull you battery and reinsert it.
