Help Android 2.2 update problem Galaxy S

Hi There.

As a Tmobile user my frustrations were finally eased with the release through Kies of Froyo. However, when updating through Kies the file download begins but at the point where it starts decrypting binary files the error message 'MSC.Thunder.FirmwareUpdate has stopped working' and windows closes the program and therefore the download.

Can anyone advise of a solution ??

Leave 2.2 TF alone.
most people seem happy with froyo but it has buggered up my phone
