There has been nothing official that I have seen for any of the current Xperia range. It will be interesting to see what the new X12 comes out with supposedly late Q1... I have seen that it will be released with 2.2 Froyo and also that it will get 2.3 at a later date, so they are obviously playing with these firmwares, tho whether we ever get to see them only time will tell.
