Root Android 2.3.4

I'm not sure if anyone recommended this solution and maybe you tried it. its only if you have metroPCS. just making sure. If you installed CM7 and have MetroPCS then the metrOFF needs to be flashed after rebooting at least once. make sure you did that. You didn't need to do that with CM6 but with cm7 you do. also make sure you have the latest build. after flashing that, go to apps, "voice dialer", then say out loud "APN" or "open APN", keep trying until the option pops up that says "OPEN APN". then touch the text to choose that option, then click metroPCS instead of cricket. other than that, VPlayer should work good. There are a couple others that come with codecs like Moboplayer. I was thinking if you couldnt play the video then maybe it wasn't working right. Also earlier versions of CM7, the video didn't work right. well good luck.

its safe to flash metro off v1.3 after you flash cm7, and gapps, always work for me and alot of others...

hey i flashed the metro off after gapps and i opened up apns and nothing appeared? :( and i went back to recovery to flash it and opened it apns again and still nothing appears? help!!

no just try sending a message, you shouldn't need to open apn, but even tho it doesnt show apn when you open it, its still intact...
