Android 2.3 can't see the silent and vibration mode button

recently i have upgraded my htc desire to android 2.3 ginger. In power button click, i can't find the silent and vibration mode option. Only poweroff, airplane mode and restart options is available. please advise where i can find it?

Also previously in android 2.2, there are satelite and wireless icons are available to disable and enable the Data and wireless connection. i can't see anymore in 2.3. it quite handy to enable/disable the internet.Please advise how to install the those icons in 2.3?
