Android 2.3 Gingerbread Release

Does anyone know if/when Gingerbread will be released for the EVO Shift? I've been looking all around and haven't found anything yet.

Speculation is "shortly after the EVO 3D launch".

CM7. I wouldn't go back to the stock ROM anyway; too much bloat. Pure Android 2.3 is fantastic on the Shift. No Sense garbage or Sprint bloatware.

I am running CM7 Nightly 35 and it's running phenomenally.

Me Too!! I like it but also missing a bit the stock sense.
