android 2.3 to 3.0 upgrade

hi guys... i want to know whether we can upgrade the android 2.3 os in my tab to android 3.0.... the specs of my tab are below.. and also please guide me about the various steps included in the upgrading process... i am new to this field..

Who makes your tablet? It is dependent on the manufacturer of your tablet.

The spec's seem pretty minimal. I doubt it could run Honeycomb. More importantly, the source code for Honeycomb (3.0) was never released so you'd have to get any updates from the manufacturer. I haven't ever heard of a Manufacturer taking a 2.3 device to 3.0, although some Samsung models probably could handle it.
