Android 2.3.x Swipe + PIN?

[windowsNT61]

Hey there and a Happy New Years. Got a question.

I have the LG Optmus Slider for VM with Droid 2.3.4, and I would like to know, if there is a way enable Password or PIN when you Swipe/Slide (Unlock / Sound off/on) when you press the unlock button.

I had the Samung Intercept w/ Froyo which enabled me to do it. But in the LG case, there is no way, except PIN, Password, Swipe/Slide, and the Pattern Swipe.

Thanks a million!

I'm not sure what exactly you're asking, but you should be able to enable security for the phone, under Menu > Settings > Security, where you can set up a PIN or a Password, so that you have to enter the correct PIN or Password when you unlock the phone.

My question is, How do i enable Swiping + Pin at the same time.

Swipe as in swipe the unlock button and enter a pin after, to access the phone. I could do that with the Samsung Intercept, but the LG Optmius Slider I can't.
