Help Android 3.0?

Short answer is that you can't. Android 3.0 is designed for tablet devices, although the next major release will (I believe) be universal.
 
And that will be Icecream Sandwich or Android 4.

To be honest I love HC on my tablet and prefer Froyo on my phone, I want them different.
