Root android 3._?

i know i just asked recently about android 4.0 but what roms are android 3? give me a link

Android 3.0 has been able to boot on phones, but some of the big elements like wifi could not work, and the source code for it was released after Android 4.0 so theres really no point in trying when ICS is better
