Android 4.2.2 tablet stuck on boot screen

As a new Android user, I have an Android tablet - AllFine Fine8 - which is stuck on boot. It doesn't have a removable battery compartment so I cannot take the battery out.

I tried pressing the 'reset' button on the body of the tablet, but it didn't work. The manufacturer also did not provide key combinations for 'recovery mode' or 'safe boot', but the external buttons consist of volume +/- and power.

I want to ask how can I fix this, and whether I can enter recovery mode or safe boot via USB connection with the computer.

Kindly advise an Android noob...

Many thanks!

I doubt you can do anything useful with a pc unless you have "usb debugging" already enabled on the tab.
Your best bet is to google until you find the button combos. Booting into Safe Mode will tell you if its one of your apps causing it, Recovery Mode will let you factory reset the tab
Good luck man

I think USB debugging was enabled by default when it was still functioning - where can I head from there?

I don't mind data loss - I'd rather format the entire tablet.

Many thanks.

Tbh the things you can do are device specific and you would have to find the button combo to get into Download Mode to do anything with the pc so finding the combos is pretty much essential mate
I think a factory reset is whats gona fix it. If not, youll have to look into reflashing the OS which is gona be hard on a device like that :(
