Help Android 4.3 and spotify equalizer

Hello everyone.

On the previous android version (4.2.x?) I had my equalizer almost to the highest as possible. The sound would blast trought my headphones. Unfortunatly, now in 4.3. When I use the equalizer. The sound will become lower.

Does any of you have the same problem? Is it android or spotify wich is causing the problem?

What do your equalizer settings look like at the moment? Have they changed at all since you were on 4.1?
 
After upgrading my android version to 4.3 the settings stayed the same. But I could barely hear it(with and without earbuds). After I set the equalizer off I had normal sound again. While I prefer a massavie bass and audio boost.

Do other music players still play loud? Maybe samsung added a "safe volume" option in 4.3 thats on by default?
 
The option is only pops up once a week or so.
The weird thing is the spotify equalizer does work. But its not working properly as my sound lowers when I use other settings in that equalizer. The standard mp3 player does work correctly. I've just read on spotify that some devices are affected by a bug. Maybe I am.

I bought Loewe speaker2go with Aptx. Soundcontrol on my z1 compact (kitkat) is not working. Bluetooth volume is at maximum when playing Spotify and internal player. I flashed my phone to Jellybean 4.3. (14.2.a.1.114 generic nordic) Now volume control works BUT Spotify/Sony Equalizer is not working. You can move sliders but nothing happens to The sound. After hours of trial and error I finally found The solution. Go to phone settings/options sound. Select sound when touch. Swedish: Ljud vid ber
