Android 4.3 for AT&T

Hey All,

So last night I was able to download the 4.3 update. Tried installing it but it appeared to fail. Didn't pay to much attention to it cause I was on my way out the door at the time. Sitting here at work now and I have the time to mess with it. Except I can't update now. Well phone says I need to wait 6 more hours. Does the update download somewhere on the phone? So I can manually launch it? Or is there a place on the internet where I can download it. I also used kies and it says I am up to date at 4.1.1 Which I know is not right. Just curious.....
 
The most recent OTA from ATT was not android 4.3.It was the premium suite update that includes multi window. Its a small bump to android 4.1.2

I don't have ATT, so I can't help get around the time restrictions.
 
ah.....I was thinking it was cause my Nexus 7 got the update yesterday to 4.3 I was in a hurry and never really read the screens. Somewhat still new to Android so I'm learning.
 
Is there a way to manually restart the update? "Continue" is greyed out on my phone and of course I have to wait till I can check again....
 
Maybe try "clear data" in the "googje services framework" app and see if you get offered the update again. If not you can flash it manually using Odin :thumbup:
