Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Announced

I know nothing of rooting, but if it doesn't come to HOX+ what are odds rooting would be possible to enable it.

Maybe it wouldn't be worth it? Wait and see I guess
 
HTC hasn't even released 4.2.x for the HOX+, I doubt we will ever see an official 4.3.x release, but it would be awesome.
 
In my limited experience HTC phones get one significant update then they stop supporting them. At the end of the day they are in the business of selling this season's new phone rather than improving last season's so no one buys the new one.

Hopefully we will get Sense 5 some time this year but it won't be soon.
