Help Android 4.3 quick access camera

I installed the latest android update and it seems the quick access camera from the lock screen is no longer there. I used to be able to hold my finger and turn the camera 90 degrees to access the camera. Always in swipe to unlock mode. Now it appears to not work. And the settings menu is changed and I don't see it anywhere

I am also looking for a fix for this. I used to use it all the time, now since updating to 4.3, it no longer works. I looked all through the phone and camera settings, but I can't find any way to turn it back on. Is this gone completely, or is there a way to get it back?
