Root Android 4.4 update need help

My HUAWEI M931 need to update and need help please. When is the update for 4.4 software kitkat.

The latest word is "not yet". The P6 is scheduled for January. (That's when the carriers get it. When they start pushing it is up to them.)

Do I need to download DRM content?

They never even updated the phone to jelly bean i wouldnt count on a kit kat update for the premia ever. Wouldnt count on any update to the os at all. They planned to update it to 4.1 in april but cancelled those plans when the t mobile merger went thru. So it seems all support for the phone was cancelled with it.
