from what i have seen android 4.4 is everything i want from android. it even has full screen mode for our beautiful phones with a 5.2 screen. did you guys even know its out it was a quit release. what do you guys think

The problem is that most of the budget phones are not going to get updated to 4.4

That wasn't the goal. They're focused on the new budget phones coming out being able to run it, not upgrading current lower end ones.

If you guys want an LG Theme with KitKat icons but retains the same functionality as the stock launcher, check this out. Just install it as a normal APK then it should be available in the themes option.
